Terms & Conditions – Complete Policy for Using Bijee Bet

Bijee.bet (hereinafter "bijee" or "the Platform") is an online Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bijee and its users. By using the Platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted all of the terms set out below.

Bijee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the original English version shall take precedence.

To create an account on bijee, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Multiple accounts from the same household are not permitted.
• Bijee may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• Registering with false information will result in account termination and potential forfeiture of deposited funds.

For identity verification, bijee may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bijee:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made using a registered payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Bijee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Bijee does not cover any fees charged by banks or payment services.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. However, delays may occur if KYC verification is incomplete or wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met. If bijee places a hold on a withdrawal for any reason, the user will be notified by email.

The following rules apply at all times when betting on bijee:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, bijee reserves the right to void it.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Bijee is not liable for data delays in live betting.
• Bijee may investigate any unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or system manipulation will be voided.

Bijee's odds-setting process is fully transparent. Odds may change at any time during a match — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. In exceptional circumstances, bijee may temporarily suspend any betting market.

Bijee's bonuses and promotional offers are provided under the following general terms:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements (betting conditions).
• The welcome bonus is available on the first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Once a bonus is claimed, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time frame.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless bijee has explicitly granted permission.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bijee may cancel the bonus and launch an account investigation.

Bijee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically removed from your account. Free bet tokens cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used for betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bijee platform:

• Participation in fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Any attempt to hack or damage bijee's systems, software, or network.
• Using bijee for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Providing false information to deceive customer support.

Bijee may suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• Providing false information during registration.
• KYC document verification failed.
• Participation in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• At the direction of legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may close their account at any time. Any balance that meets bonus wagering requirements can be withdrawn. For inactive accounts, bijee may deduct a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month, though no further deductions will be made once the balance reaches zero.

Bijee takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Information provided at registration will only be used to deliver our services.
• Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
• Bijee may be required to share information with authorities under legal obligations.
• All data is secured with SSL encryption.

Bijee believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not addiction. To support this, bijee offers the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit for each bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• Reality Check: Get reminders of how long you've been betting.

All bijee operations are conducted under the oversight of international gaming licensing authorities. International law applies to the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.

• Any dispute should first be raised through bijee's customer support for resolution.
• Bijee will respond to any complaint within 30 days of submission.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved, an independent mediator may be called upon.
• Bijee is not responsible for any technical failures or third-party errors.
• Bijee's maximum liability is limited to the total deposits made to the relevant account.

For any matter not explicitly covered in these Terms & Conditions, bijee's decision will be final. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
